Located in Southern New Jersey, we are a full-service performance machine shop with over 60 years experience in precision fabrication. All work is done to strict tolerances. We specialize in automotive and motorcycle applications, but are able to handle any custom work. Some of the machine shop services we can provide include:

Cylinder Boring Service
We will bore and hone customers cylinder and fit to next oversize required pistons. Work will be performed on sets of cylinders only. Pack cylinders with care as we are not responsible for broken fins in shipping.

Precision Case Boring Service
We use a vertical mill to enlarge the cylinder hole or head chamber to accept Big Bore Spigot barrels.

Ship cases to Howard’s Killer Customs with a turn around time of 15 days.

Spark Plug Hole Repair Service
Motor Shop will Helicoil 14mm spark plug holes on head sets. 15 day turn around time. Chose Heli-Coil only or Weld-Up and Heli-Coil.

Head Resurfacing
Service is performed on a Winnona machine for accuracy and surface flatness

Cam Bushing Service
We replace bushings in BT cam cover for 1936-up models.

We install new bushings in right side case and cam cover for 1957- up XL models.

Head Remanufacturing Service
Available as a valve job only or as a valve seat/valve job Remanufacturing service. We will glass bead heads, install new cast iron guides, nitrated coated valves, spring, collars and keepers for both services. For valve seat service all of the above will be done with the addition of installing new no-lead valve seats. Heads must be in rebuildable condition and will be done in sets only. Service will be performed on a Sunnen Valve Machine that will insure correct valve stem to seat alignment. For stock lift cams.

Flywheel Re-Manufacturing Service
We install new shafts, crank pin, rollers, cages and wrist pin bushings for years listed.

Long Block or Short Remanufacturing Service
Ship in your assembled long block or short black and we will disassemble and glass bead base, remanufacture flywheels, inspect oil pump and reassemble with new bearings, washers, races and hardware. Early lower ends (1936-69) will be fitted with new case races and line honed for proper fit. Long block remanufacturing service will include short block service plus the addition of a cylinder boring, new piston, valve job and assembly with new hardware.

Alternator Sealing Ring Replacement Service
Ship in 1970-up left hand case with damaged O-Ring lip and we will machine out and replace with new steel sealing ring.

Breather Valve Machining Service
Performed on any 1936-99 Big Twin Right Hand Case. Breather hole will be honed out and fitted with a +.030 steel breather valve. If Breather Hole will not clean up with oversize machining process we also offer sleeving service requires boring of breather hole and then fitting with sleeve. We will then final hone and fit with standard size breather valve. Ship in your right hand case and we will return to you by UPS with a turn around time of 15 working days.

Exhaust Port Replacement Service
Available for both Pan and Shovelhead applications. Ship in old disassembled cylinder heads and the broken or stripped exhaust ports will be
replaced with new factory style exhaust ports. Service includes ports as shown.
